Facebook just asked me what was on my mind. My shuffling ipod answered. “If it were 2010, and you had to pick a favorite song of the last decade, what would it be?”
Easy answer dummy. You just shuffled and landed on it punk. I remember a running conversation of text messages with my friend in Baton Rouge, in which we txtd music we’d like to have in the first film we direct together. This song was my first and most lasting response. Who wouldn’t drool on themselves after watching a twelve plus minute opening credit sequence set to Panda Bear’s “Bros”? It’s such a rad song. I’ll spare you the analysis and comparisons in an effort to let those who may have not heard it yet,ingest it empty headed. I hope you like it.
