Since Plastic Beach, Gorillaz third full length, hit the streets I’ve been playing a steady game of tug-0-war trying to pick a favorite track. As of late, “On Melancholy Hill” has been holding strong at the top. Reason being, it sounds how I think Blur would sound if they were still making music. Albarn is crisp and the futuristic backing noises sound like Think Tank mutations or evolutions. If you’re into Blur, good music, or animated Snoop Dogg cameos, trust me, this vid is right in your wheelhouse. ❤
